By commissioning me you agree to following terms of service;

ʚ No NSFWʚ No Full Refunds, further details belowʚ Payments are to be made through Paypal (@EldritchLab - Preferred) or CashApp ($EldritchKing)ʚ General commissions are for non-commercial use ONLY, and may not be used for profit gain in any shape or form. Please be upfront if you are commissioning for commercial works, there are additional fees for commercial rights.ʚ I own all rights to the work; I am allowed to post the artwork on my social media unless requested. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio. My artwork is not to be used or put into any AI Engine or Generator, doing such is prohibited.
Copyright of the character will remain with the owner.ʚ Disrespect will not be tolerated, if you are disrespectful to me, your commission will be canceled, you will be refunded back 50% of the commission cost, and you will be blocked and blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.ʚ If you are commissioning a sketch, the full payment is required to be made upfront before you receive your commission.ʚ For all other pieces, half of the payment is required before the sketch is started, the final half of the payment is to be made upon the approval of the sketch.ʚ If you do not have a reference photo, you must describe clearly and thoroughly of what you want. A forum will be provided for you to fill out character details. Failure to clearly describe details will not be a mistake on my part if the piece turns out to be unsatisfactory.ʚ Updates will be given via the media you initially contacted me on, or discord, any request to move DMs to another media (unless it’s Discord) will be ignored. Further requests to move DMs may result in cancellation of the commission.ʚ When reposting and sharing the artwork, please be sure to give credit; @Eldritch_Labs or eldritchking.carrd.coʚ You will be emailed full resolution .png files, alongside watermarked .jpegs for reposting. No physical product will be received.ʚ You may not file a chargeback against me after the product is finished and/or the commission has been approved.ʚ If for any reason you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% of the commission price and BEFORE the sketch is approved, a partial refund will be given (I will keep 25% of the total cost)ʚ I reserve the right to deny any commission if I feel uncomfortable with what is being asked, or if I feel like my abilities are insufficient.ʚ If for any reason I am unable to complete the commission, a partial refund will be issued based on how much I have completed (25% of the total cost minimum will be kept).Processʚ Commissions are first come first serve and will be completed in the order I have received them. You will be notified how many pieces are before you, but not an estimated wait time. You will be notified again when your commission is next, I implore you to check over the details of your commission to make sure everything is correct and make any last final changes before I get to you.ʚ I will not do deadlines or estimated completion times, you will get progress updates; Started/finished the sketch, started/finished coloring, started/finished rendering. This is for the sake of my own mental health.ʚ Upon starting your commission after the first half of the commission price has been paid, progress images of the sketch will be sent for review for revisions and approval before proceeding.ʚ Commission progress is put on hold until a review response has been made and received.ʚ Once the sketch has been approved and the final payment is sent, refunds can no longer be requested unless issued by meʚ You get Three (3) free minor revisions during the final check of the piece, further revisions will incur an extra fee of $2 per revision and must be paid before the adjustment is made.
